Well this week is spring break for us and we were lucky enough to get to spend time with my mom and sister and share the Easter holiday at home. We had a great time and Leah enjoyed seeing everyone and spending time with her cousins. Lester and I left Leah with Jamie and my mom and we spent a few days away. We had a great time and it was wonderful to get away. Leah too had a great time, Josh taught her new tricks and she is even better at spitting than she was when we left! She also grew three new teeth over the break and I swear she is taller. We had a wonderful spring break and were grateful to get to spend time with family. Hope the week finds all of you well!
I look forward to hearing how everyone did during your days away...and what you ate at Ruth's Chris! I'm sure you're thrilled that Leah refined her spitting skills. I'm excited that the teeth came through too. What a busy week for you all. I hope you got to relax some. One day left!!!
ReplyDeleteIt was a true blessing to get to spend so much time with Leah this week. She is such a joy and I loved every minute of getting to know her. You and Les are fantastic parents - she is so happy and content. My house seemed empty when she left - we are all better for this time together.

I would like to formally apologize for the increased grunting and spitting - what can I say, my boys are what they are! My house seems so empty now but the smile is still on my face that Leah put there. What a joy to spend time with you all.
