First, I must say that introducing our family seems like a daunting task as there is so much and so little to say all at the same time, but Les and I wanted a way for all of our extended family to keep up with the happenings of our world and thought this would be the best way to accomplish that. I have so enjoyed reading the Schnick's blog over the years and I hope that our friends and family enjoy ours just as much!
We are a blessed family to say the least, it has been a wonderful eight years of marriage for Les and I and with the addition of Leah our family feels complete. She is growing and getting bigger every day and will be nine months old at the end of February. It is hard to believe that time can go so quickly. She is crawling like a mad woman and pulling herself up on everything, cruising around the furniture and walking appears to be right around the corner. Da Da and Ba Ba seem to be her favorite sounds and she loves to eat from a spoon. Overall, she is such a healthy baby we could not be more blessed.
Les is still with the state police and enjoying his new endeavour with the detectives bureau and I am working in a school as a social worker. We both feel blessed to have jobs we love and can impact our community. Our families are healthy and we have built great friendships here in Northwest Indiana.
It is our goal to update the page regularly with new pictures and information so that we may all stay more connected. So, stay tuned and have a blessed week!
Yeah for your blog! It looks great! Love the pictures of Leah. I am looking forward to reading your updates and seeing your pictures. With life as busy as it has been lately, this will be another great way to keep up with you guys and Leah's adventures. If you ever decide that you want to change up the look of the blog after you get comfortable with it, I can show you a page with lots of backgrounds. Keep up the great blogging! :)
